Capital Distribution is Broken
"The world's capital is concentrated in ways that prevent the best ideas from getting funded." Geography, visa status, and network access determine who gets funded more than merit does. This needs to change.
Visa Constraints are Mental Prisons
"Most immigrants are more limited by their fear than by their actual visa restrictions." While real constraints exist, many immigrants over-index on limitations and under-index on possibilities. The mental prison is often worse than the legal one.
